MSMG Pain Management began in 2012 as a collaborative effort between Virginia Highlands Anesthesia and Mountain States Health Alliance to bring cutting edge pain treatment and therapies to the people of North East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. We currently serve patients from West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia.
Our primary goal is to reduce chronic pain and improve function and activity in our patients, by providing the most up-to-date pain therapies with a comprehensive and caring approach.
